Lamoille County Field Days is located in Johnson,Vt. In a valley that comes out of the mountains the bad weather is normally void from the fair grounds. A small fair that offers a set price for everyone, it is noted for it's amusements for children. Everything from scavenger hunts to great magic, puppetry and clown shows are normally offered. While competitions like baby bottle drinking contests are a big hit that bring laughter to everyone. The local firefighters have a grill that brings fresh hamburgers and hotdogs to the crowds and the local maple products can be refreshing and very sweet for the fair goer. This fair also has excellent array of volunteers that are willing to help with anything asked for and help contribute to make this fair truly one of a kind. After discussing the fair with a number of other entertainers in the industry, our opinion is that for a small hometown fair, this fair gets our award for the best managed in the state! |
